Being the ancestor of the Community Patch DLL, should the "DLL - Various Mod Comps + Civ IV Diplo + CSD mods" thread be moved into this sub-forum?

I would say the answer to that question has a lot to do with whether it and this will continue along separate paths. I can't imagine that is what you will do, seems redundant to me.
If you want to maintain a separate DLL and work with this one then I can see an argument for not adding it in to this thread. I can also the argument for adding it.
For ease of use it probably makes more sense to add it here since anything added to the DLL isn't automatically enabled and can exist quite happily with any mod.
So, if there will be only one DLL (to rule them all!) and separate mods that are developed to enable the changes within, it seems best to move it here.
