Hormigas Enhanced Map Pack (43 Civs) problems

Okay so basically I'm using the Hormigas Enhanced Map Pack (43 Civs) & YnAEMP DLL 43 civs and it's really cool, unfortunately I can't form any trade routes of my own so I basically can't play it as my gold is constantly really low. I didn't find any solutions but I did find some more potential problems and if anyone else uses this or has used this before could you tell me if you know of any solutions? One problem I read about was the World Congress being weird because of the 43 civs and the trade route problems. Any help?

This could be a problem. I'd recommend getting a mod to move it to C&C.
