Hot Seat Game - Changing Player for AI

I´m playing a long multiplayer hot seat game with a bunch of friends every week, but one of us wont be able to come anymore, but we would like to continue this game.

Is there a way to change a Human Player to an AI player in the middle of a hot seat game?

I´m looking everywhere for this like crazyy =/
