Hot seat Next Turn upon save game load does nothing.

Started playing Hotseat multiplayer with 2 human players. We saved the game, but when we load it jumps to the Next Player's Turn! screen lets them play out that turn and when they click next turn nothing happens. Every autosave is the same. The turn for the player it loads first can be played out but next turn button does nothing. does anyone know of a fix for this?

I had the same problem and I think it's that new patch they released yesterday. It adds those new multiplayer modes, Hybrid and Sequential. And I think when it was released the game just set all hotseat games to simultaneous turns. So the game is waiting for all players to end their turns, but since it's still hotseat not all players can go at the same time to end their turns. If that's the case the saves are broken.
