I had a quick look and dont think these have been suggested (sorry if they have)
Hotseat games:Could you please fix it so all players can see their playback its really annoying
AI: Personally I would like to see the AI become better at coordinating big attacks by sea.
Rep:There should be a rep hit or at least someway of stopping people making alliances against you with the Ai fighting 1 battle then sitting back for the rest of the war.
