Hotseat game wont load

My Civ V hotseat game wont load. We got to turn 336 last night and now it wont load today. When you try loading the game it just goes onto the loading screen with the civilization leader and then doesn't load (have left it for 30mins+ with no success, and has always loaded reasonably quickly before).

Yes hotseat is still crap...

Try lowering the video settings to lowest....

If nothing works try to loud the autosave
