[GS] Hotseat multiplayer games freezing when you get world congress (xbox)

Hi we've been playing hotseat games since we got the game on xbox but since the first update of the frontier pass any new game we have played freezes when you get to World congress, both normal sessions and special sessions. The only way around it is to save the game and then then return to the main menu and then reload the game. There is no issue with single player that works fine, just with hotseat multiplayer games.
