1 - move your warrior (NW would be my move)
2 - move or settle in place (1 NW would be my capital choice, to get both grains immediately)

I'd move the settler one tile West to the hill where the warrior is at the moment. From there you will get the cows, the wheat, and the corn, as well as the additional two flood plain tiles to the west. Although you lose the production of the hill you move onto, you will gain the hill immediately north of the two added flood plains, so that's a wash. Also the W hill tile is a great defensive spot, since it is both on a hill and accessible from all but one tile only by attacking across the river. With those food resources and all those flood plains this will be a great spot for a city.

No offence intended, but why is this notable?

No offense taken. This could possibly start a discussion about what to do with the Capitol after it has been settled. I made the mistake of Cottaging the Flood Plains. I had finally surveyed ALL my land and realized that Farming them and Cottaging the riverside Grassland instead was better. I am now running Caste System, built Globe Theater here and have a fine Great Person Farm. Now with the Globe Theater and a ton of food here, I have options: Militarily this could be a great Drafting City or Whipping Farm. As for now with my Isolated start, I am running 1million Scientists here.

I initially moved the Warrior 1 North and this is where you see him in the picture. This revealed the Corn and the Wheat. I moved the Settler 1 West and Settled next turn. The Production here is not that great but I was able to Chop a lot. The Defense bonus of the hill is moot early game as I am Isolated, but I get a Production bonus from Settling on it (right?). This turned into a great GP Farm and Commerce city. I am able to run more than a few Scientists and work about 8 or 9 Cottages. A very Lovable Capitol with Settled Scientists, Bureaucracy and Oxford University at year 1370AD

You didn't get a production bonus. That's only with Plains Hills.

A Great Person Farm is indeed how I envisioned it. You can make it a great commerce, science, or culture city and get quite adequate production after a while, if you run a Specialist Economy and switch among the specialists as needed, especially running Caste. I had a city like this in my last game. With only two hills, I built mines on both, two cottages and all the rest farms. The city provided me with whatever I needed throughout the game. I had planned to move the capital elsewhere later on but found that with all those specialists, it worked out fine as my capital.

Move settler 1W. This will make an epic early game settler/worker spamming city which can be converted to a really good beaurocracy cottage capitol or GP farm.
