Since Carl Sagan nerfs is their any way to get those T120-160 SVs? How are people bypassing the production bottleneck without spilling over into T200 victories? The (amazing) topic by Civtrader is outdated now and their doesn't seem to be much min-max strategies discussion so it would be nice to hear from any experienced players!
