How can I build Military Academy ?

I try .. and Try ... but do I need any other resource ?

I got the leader .. but I can not build the Military Academy in my cities .

Make an Army
Win with Army

You also need the tech "Military Tradition."

Yes and when you have 3 Armies you can build Pentagon Small Wonder.

SO I just build the 4 units army . and use this amry to beat enemy..
Then back to the cities ..and build it ?

Requirements to get military academy:

- Get a Great Leader from a victory from an elite unit.
- Turn that Great Leader into an army.
- Win a battle with that army (after you've joined some units into it).
- Get the technology Military tradition.

Now you can build miltary academy...
