How can I open the game in windowed mode?

Crap, seems i haven't added it yet to the FAQ:
In My Documents\My Games\Civ5 there should be some .ini files.
You can open them with a text editor (rightclick, open with wordpad or notepad), and find in one of them the possibility to enable the windowed mode.
I can't be more precise, because i don't have Civ5, sorry
