how difficult is it?

Hey all. I am wanting to add the Siamese to my game. Since it looks like it will be a while (if ever) that it will be done by others I am wondering just how difficult is it just to use XML and do it myself? I have done some looking around in the XML Civilizations file and it looks fairly strait forward but there are many things to change. I would rather just put up a static portrait from history of Chulongkorn or Narasuen than try any kind of animated leader head ( Animated leaderheads just slow down my game anyway) Dont program, never have but am willing to do this as long as it isnt too intence.
