How do I add obelisks in C3C edit.

Ok they're actually called "victory point location(s)" but I like to call em obelisks from the first intro conquest.

Anyways i've looked just about everywhere in the editor and I don't know how to place these obelisks.

FACT: Yes I am using C3C editor with latest patch and not "vanilla" or PTW editor or any mods.

FACT: I did look in "select overlay", "select resource" and "select terrain".
FACT: I did right click on a land tile and looked.
FACT: I did everything above yet I still couldn't find it.

If anyone could give me any insight on this I would gladly appreciate it.

Right click tile and select "victory location" option.

DAMN I WAS USING THE WRONG EDITOR! Now all my work that I did is ruined unless I sumbit the file for Civ3 "Vanilla". I wish you could load Civ3 scen files and edit it with C3C. Oh well.
