How do I change the religion names?

I'm new here, I've looked but haven't found a general question like this.... If there is a more appropriate place tell me where to go look please.

I don't want to do anything else other than change the names.... So instead of saying "x religion was founded" it might say "Club Blue" was founded.

P.S. I've never made ANY kind of changes to things like this so I need step by step (including where to find, my Civ IV is where it wanted to go on my computer) instructions.
