I was wondering how you create maps without using the world builder. In the world builder, you have to choose from specific map sizes, and are limited in other ways, too.
Let's say I want to make a map like the one seen in the "Scrambled Indochina" map mod. It has a unique size and doesn't wrap. How would I go about that? What would I do to make such a map?
