How do I disable BUG mod?

I'd like to play the Next War mod but the BUG mod is interfering. Is there a way to disable this mod? Or do I have to uninstall? In that case how do I uninstall the BUG mod?

Do you mean that BUG is installed in your Custom Assets directory (something like C:\Users\isenchine\Documents\My Games\Beyond the Sword\CustomAssets)?

If so, rename the BUG folder to something else temporarily and clear your cache. If you don't clear your cache physically, then load BtS/Next War while pushing the 'Shift' key.

If BUG is installed as a Mod in the Mods folder (something like C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods), then it should not interfere with any other Mod that does not use BUG.

If BUG is installed directly in the BtS folder / mixed with BtS (which would be a mistake), then you should delete all and re-install BtS.
