[Vanilla] How do I enable the Debug menu on Linux?

Hello there! I just bought Civ VI, and I am running the Linux version on Manjaro just fine, but I encounted a problem, I don't know how to enable the debug menu. A text file named "AppOptions.txt" doesn't even exist on my drive, anyone have any ideas?
