How do I get into the Map Editor

Your August Sirs,

Boy, it is sure noisy in here.

I am trying to build custom map features and the Civ-4 user interface is not intuitively obvious. I am not into mod’s. I just want to tweak the landscape here and there like the Map Editor did in Civ-3 (or equivalent function),

Can anybody help that has done this already? How about links to places that discuss this (and not mods)?

Just pick the game you want to tweak, get into the game, hit escape, and enter the world builder. I dont know the details though, as I have not used it yet.
