[C3C] How do I get No Raze working on the GOG verison?

Is this Antal1987's no-raze? I think the Steam patch was after his work, so I would expect it to drop-in to the GoG version and just work.

When I try to get run it normally it says I must log in with admin privileges which I have. I try to run as admin and NOTHING happens.

Antal1987 made a lot of outstanding additions and fixes to C3C, but the NoRaze patch was done by Skyer2 and is much older than the work done by Antal1987.
There were two different versions of the original NoRaze patch: One for the original Civ 3 updated by the expansions PtW and C3C and one version for Civ 3 Complete. Both versions are based on the No-cd patch done by Firaxis, so they have the ability, that C3C can be started by those exes directly. For the GOG version you should install the second version of the NoRaze patch into the C3C mainfolder.
I made a test-installation and a screenshot about the installation. The GOG version of C3C could be directly started by the NoRaze exe without any problems. I didn´t have the time to test, if it really stops the razing of cities in the GOG version, but as it works in my other installations of C3C on my pc, I think it will do its job here, too.
BtW: I frequently have the same problem with doubled or trippled posts, as you made them today. You can delete these doubled and trippled posts by yourself, so that they completely dissapear.

Thank you for starting this thread and giving the answers. I had to switch to Civ3 GOG myself and still don't know what to expect.
