How do i get the Computer to let me know when a city grows?

How do I get the computer to let me know when a city grows... when i hit the happy/healthy limits I want to set to no growth.

I don't think there's a way to have it notify you. You'll just have to pay attention to what's going on.

you dont really NEED to know that the second it happens so just look around at ur citys. when the orange bar with your city name in it is full your city exapnds. so check that.

You could probably (eventually) mod the game to give you a popup and/or add it to the event log - but, I think that the spam from this would be beyond annoying very quickly!
