How do I get units from AoE?

I need to make the turtle ship. Is there anyway to get the graphics from AoE?

Jimmyh, who has converted a few units from AoK and AoE, says he has a program that automates the process. You should ask him about it - mabye get a copy. He seems to have disappeared of late.
