I've gotten the Writing Technology and it asked me if i wanted to make an embassy with my near by enemy's ans such. I said okay. Then after a while i had more enemys across land that i wanted to make an embassy with. But i couldnt find it. I checked the Diplomacy screen. But nothing happend.
Main Point:
How do i make an embassy with another civy?
