How do I make screen shots?

How can I make screen shots like the ones I see posted here? Is this something I can do with just Civ 3, or do I need some other software? Thanks!

Simply press the "PrtScn" button on your keyboard, then go into the "paint" program and paste it in. At least that's how I do it.
