How do I rotate the view?

One time, on accident I rotated the view. Now I can't do it again, I have lost the manual long ago. Can someone please help me out?

perhaps this was during the tutorial? because it rotates during the tutorial but cant be in the game as far as i know...

ctrl+arrow left/right will rotate it temporarily, alt+arrow left/right permanently (until you rotate it to the oppiste direction). You can also rotate first with alt and then even more with ctrl.

Or edit the CivilizationIV.ini, change: AllowFlying = 1
And CTRL+ALT+F in game, and rotate the whole map like krrraaazzy.
