How do I use Sirona's Touch?

Please excuse my lame question, but how do I use Sirona's Touch spell?
I can't see any new unit promotion nor anything appears when I hover the mouse pointer over Shrine of Sirona text in building section on the city screen.

What should I do?

when one of your units is hurt and you controll that wonder it will have acess to the sirona's touch spell. it will heal it 15 or 20% and can only be used on one unit every turn

Yeah, I know that. I've built the wonder and now I'm trying to get my Saverous healed but I don't know how to activate the spell

When Saverous is injured, you will get an icon of a blue angel among its options, click it and it will heal 15%. I'm not positive it works on undead, so that might be the issue.

After your post I checked the pedia entry. It says "heals any living unit".
