Okay I've been at this for hours and have yet to find any sort of solution. I figured it would be easy to add one in xml, but crashes have occurred frequently. I tried updating the maininterface.py thingy to increase max citizens (and buttons) and it didn't appear to change anything.
What is it I'm missing? (I'm re-using art if that matters)
