How do you play a scenario you built through the Worldbuilder ?

Yep, I've just made a map, placed my civs, placed my city states, saved.

I choose Setup New Game - Advanced - map MyMap and.... It's my map but civs ain't there at the right place and I can even pick a Civ not placed inside it.

Any clue how it works ?
