Well your question doesn't make any sense, so I'll just tell you how research agreements works.
Basically, once your research agreement naturally ends, you are given a large boost to science. This science is worth the median beaker value of your yet to be researched techs. So, hypothetically if you had three techs left, one costing 2000 beakers, one costing 7000 beakers and one costing 9000 beakers you would get a tech boost of 7000 beakers, the middle (median) value.

This research is poured into all techs you can actually research.
If you are currently beelinging to some "future" (not meaning future tech 1 ) the amount of your science goes into the techs you are beelining. Like if astronomy was your goal all techs you need to get astronomy, would get the scienceboost while all others would not advance.

Research agreements are now fun, because I don't risk getting a random and unwanted tech that I haven't bothered to research. It always killed me to sign a research pact because I was spending all of my time trying to research the little techs to avoid getting getting as my freebie a 3-turn technology. Now you can beeline down a relevant track of research and the bonus is applied accordingly.
Further, Porcelain Tower is now a great wonder thanks to this. That extra beakers from RAs is really useful.
