How does work the training buildings and their function "can train until xx.xx XP"?

FFH does not have that function. It would be the best to use the Fall Further forum as the training mechanic is Fall Further content. There you can pose your question in the "mod-modders guide to Fall Further". Perhaps it even has been answered yet.
