[R&F] How exactly is religious pressure calculated?

From looking at the XML files, i think its supposed to be :

1 pop = 2 pressure
x2 for holy site
x4 for holy city
25% bonus for scripture, 50% after printing
x2 for Moksha governor

200 pressure to convert one atheist to a religion

Im playing on a modified marathon speed and that seems to severly tone down religious pressure per turn, but im not sure how that works.

Im not sure how the different bonuses stack either. My holy city is 4.8 pressure per pop, while Moksha in a city with a holy site is only generating 2.88 pressure per pop...
 
OK nevermind its based on cities, not pop, which is another reason to go wide.

Its 1 religious pressure per city on standard speed, x2 for holy site, x4 for holy city.

Thats very underwhelming.

I'm playing a religious game right now, and I think it's well-balanced. Winning religious combat is the way to convert cities quickly.
