Situation.
On the minor continent were the Greeks(me), Byzantines and the Aztecs. The Aztecs expanded most sucessfully and held the northern half with 17 cities.
The Greeks had 12 cities in the south and 1 on the eastern Island. Byzantium is in the centre and hemmed in. Caesarea, Constantinople and the Greek city of Knossos (West) block southward Aztec expansion. The Aztecs have the Great wall and Byzantium has the Collossus in Constantinople
Monteruma has assembled a large force of Jags and archers and attacked Byzantium. Alexander (me) has stationed 6 Hop/sword stacks under ROP in Byzantine territory.
Scene. Theodora's throne room.
General Vitellan (GV): My lady - bad news the Aztecs have taken Caeserea, led the women off in chains and burned it to the ground. They must pay for this atrocity!
Theodora (T): Pay - pay how with two cities left to provide troops Constantinople will be next. The Aztec swine are coming down this road and outnumber us 5 to one. We must escape to the Island.
Guard: There is a Greek General outside seeking an Audience.
T: Let him in. If only those butch greek troops were mine how I would crush Monteruma like the foul bug he is.
General Leonidas (L): Alexander has authorized me to make the following offer.
Greece will enter into a military alliance with Byzantines against Aztecs for Code of Laws and Literature.
Virgil (science advisor): But that will make you advanced as us!

Montezuma: That was a good sacrifice and the sun god is happy. Today is when He says Constantinople will fall. The way those Byzantine prisoners squealed and struggled on the Alter made Him happy. How goes war.
