can anyone tell me how to play Civ G&K Online
and tell me step by step form the first to the last

Well I don't have G&K, but what do you mean?Are you having some sort of problem with it?

To play multiplayer, all you have to do is click multiplayer on the main menu, and then click the online button.Then just click on the game you want to join and click Join, or host your own game.

I guess it's still like that on G&K

I did all things u said , but
when i click on online I didn't see any game just empty screen
and i i click host .. it says
" Error joining multiplayer session "
what should I do ??​

Just consult the multiplayer guide into the sticky threads section made by KM.

Yes you can join one of the chat rooms in the guide and try and join a game that way, otherwise you may have firewall/router issues that you have to solve.
