I can't remember exactly the beginning rounds but the last 400 turns go something like this, some basic math from here on should give you the answer
250AD - 1250AD is 10 years per turn 250AD is 400 turns left
1250AD - 1750AD is 5 years per turn 1250AD is 300 turns left
1750AD - 1950AD is 2 years per turn 1750AD is 200 turns left
1950AD - 2050AD is 1 year per turn, etc etc
i know there is a more detailed timetable somewhere on this site
If you have C3C, there is a victory conditions screen that shows your progress for all selected conditions. I don't know the keyboard shortcut, but there is a small button in the lower right-hand portion of the screen, below the diplomacy and espionage buttons, that you can click on.
Use Ainwood's CivAssist or Dianthus' CRP Suite and it will give you summaries. CivAssist has a 20K screen that will tell you when you will hit it or how close you will be at game end. It also includes a turn count on the summary page and you can just subtract the current turn from 450 to find how many are remaining.
CRP Suite gives you the estimated culture of all Civs and now gives the amount that each is gaining each turn, which should help with 100K games.
