How much can you benchpress?

You know, I really should try bench-pressing some time. Then I'd have something of value to add to this thread... :)

100kgs but i havent tried in ages. and i have just had a season of soccer, so it might be less but grid iron training just started up again. im 21 (for 2 days now)9

I can bench my own weight. But I'm not telling you how much that is. I'm a pretty skinny guy.

age: 29

last time i checked 120 kg, which is about my own bodyweight, hopefully i can do alittle more now, but i dont know, havent tried in years

once when i was 19 (i worked out alot then) i won a regional bench competiton that was for 18 and older, so i was up against some big old dudes, im kinda proud of that :)

Well i can confirm that i can bench 200 lbs but then again thats all the weights i have. Could do a bit more but really not sure how much more.

I can now benchpress 130 KG, that is 30 KG more than when I first answered this thread 2 years ago. A rather poor development, considering how much time I spend in the gym and that in this time I had a much bigger increase, in relative terms, in the ammount of weight I can lift using the biceps.

What is the conversion from kilograms to pounds? Sorry, I'm an American.

last time I tryed benchpressing was 2 years ago, I could do about 50lbs, and i weighed like 120. :mischief: thats pretty good right ( i was 13 at the time)
