Include your age and gender.

here's my stats:

Age: 14
Gender: Male
Amount I can benchpress: 145lbs (I think thats about 65.9kg, since you divide by 2.2 to get kilograms from pounds)

You're wrong on the conversion.....you DIVIDE by 2.2

Which makes it about 65.91 kg

It's been a long time since I tested my bench press....I haven't worked out on benches and squats since my injury almost a year ago.

I'm now an 18/male.

Age=17
My bench is about 215 ibs right now and stagnating.
My squat is also holding steady at about 300ibs.

thats what i told my sister, but she is older than me so i believed her.

That's great, you guys. I always wished I had the personal motivation to exercise. Now at 30, I'm still a 5'11" weakling who can barely bench 100 lbs. Yikes!

Ok. just a question.. is it ok if I choose to put the number in how many cars instead of in lbs??? ;)

21, male: 250lbs

Although with school fast approaching, I'll probably stop going to the gym, and that number will fall quickly.... :(

15/male

I can do 185 lbs 5 times which would be a one-rep max of 208 lbs.

I would like to bench press but my stupid docter has me temp. banned from any physical activity because I might have Marfan syndrom. Oh how I hate my docter.

I can’t remember… Tried it at a police academy not too long ago :ack:

...We hung out in the training room a lot back in the army-days…

Benchpress, Bah! Perfection engages in more fitness based activities, such as running, tennis, raquetball, and golf!

No need for building unnecesary bulky muscles!

Stop trying to rationalise your obvious imperfections.
