How much harder?

This sounds like an excellent mod but I am a little scared of how much harder it will make the game! I am approximately a Prince player, if I dl this would I have to drop down to Noble? I like the sound of it alot but with many mods I always go back to the unaltered game play, I think its so I can rate myself against other players (although I am not very good).

Does this mod work with BUG+BAT? If it does I think I'll give it a go and see if I notice the differences as I play.

I've seen it said that it's approximately a jump of one level in difficulty, but it really varies a lot by map type (there are more improvements in some areas than others) and other circumstances. I can't say myself for sure, I've been using it for so long I wouldn't know how to take advantage of the AI's stupidity in a normal game.
