How one cunning man beat the system

That's awesome - I wonder if that would pass in America... :mischief:

Thats funny. I had a friend that tried to get out of a speeding ticket becausel the color of the car was not correct. The judge didn't buy it.

I think it just confused the sergant so he decided to waive it. But this probably wouldnt pass unless you live in the backend of oregon because their cops are such n00bs. My parents got pulled over for speeding and the cop said we were going 99 in a 70 zone so my dad told him to actually hold the thing the right way up and it turned out we were only going 66.

I always wondered what happened when you travel faster than the speed of light. :hmm:

Heh. A friend of mine got a ticket for speeding. You have to say who the driver was, and as that represents an infrigement of right to silence, he didn't name the driver (himself) and took it to court. When he got there, he was presented with a beautifully focused picture of the car, top down, him talking on the phone, having a ciggie and using his knees to steer. He didn't get away with it.

Uh, it only worked because there was a genuine error on the ticket. When there is an error on a speeding ticket you can often get it overturned anyways, unless it's something completely arbitrary, like a misspelled name.

Nothing special about that.
