How to add a modualr civ to a mod?

I want to add a modular civ to an already existing mod and I don't know how to do that. Can anybody help me out with this?

Hey usally modular civ comes with folder called MODULES.When you open that folder usally there is civ you download!!
if you dont have folder MODULES in mod that you play you have to create one and put download civ in there,if you allready have folder MODULES in mod that you play yust copy civ folder.
