how to add tweaks to the game

basically all i want to do, is give lethal bombardemt(wtf with this sp lol) to any unit that can do it? and also make carriers able to load up to 8 units(to make them real deadly with the lethal bombar...(again ) ty

I remember this was easy to do in Civ3, and i love it, because my Navy and invading forces can get woop now! more and more and vice versa plus back in Civ3 conquest I remember with this tweak the AI use to be a pain with carriers at naval warfare..and thats what i want

if this can be posible can anyone tell me how, or link me to a tutorial? i been searchin up and down, and so far only found how to add units, building, etc and not a tweak like this ty

Have you tried asking in the Creation and Customization forum? I think you'd get better answers there.
