Can someone explain how to add units and skins in civ4? thx
and i assume that it would be very good to stickyed this thread.

Wrong forum. This one's just for posting completed stuff that you have made.

Check the tutorials/guides forum for info. There is a tutorial there I think.

well, i am completly agree with you, but because now with civ 4 we need "how to" for every thing i thaught it could be cool to have a thread how to stickyed for the forum.
