How to add windows mods (also from Steam) to your android

Hey guys, I figured out how to get your mods from steam into the game on your android phone, there are of course some mods that won't work but I am amazed by how many actually works. You can also use mods you download from civfanatics or github but I use Steam Workshop so that's what I am gonna use as my example.

To find the mods you got from Steam Workshop, I'll use https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1658551717 as an example (removes the logo when you start the game)

Once you have subscribed go to your steam folder and open up /steam/steamapps/workshop/content/289070/
This is where the mods are, the folders will have the same number as the id in the url (1658551717 in this example)

Copy that folder over to your Android phone to the folder /Android/data/com.aspyr.civvi/files/Sid_Meiers_Civilization_VI/Mods

Now boot up the game and go to "Get more content" -> "installed" and there are your mods just like on windows.

A mod I was surprised actually worked is https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2036753727 (Civilizations Expanded) which balances all the civs (really great mod).

No. That’s because there isn’t a simple way. You need a file explorer of some sort on your computer. I believe there are instructions for how you do this in another thread in this form, along with a list of mods that work. Why look! so there is and it's even titled "Mods for iOS".

I didn't write the explanation for Android. I was just pointing out that it isn't simple on iOS.

Hello , I had recently downloaded the "advanced cheat menu mod" on civ 6 android , the mod is enabled but the cheat panel don't appear in-game , does anyone have a solution to this problem ?

Mods no longer appear in game. This is bullfeathers I wish I could refund the game since I always have to be online and I can't even play the maps I would like to.
