How to cancel a past 10 turn ongoing deal?

go to the relationship screen (f4) and the last tab is "Active".
It shows a list of all acitve treaties. just clikc on the one you want to cancel and a popup will ask for you to verify it.
Or you can also do it in the diplomacy screen.
The second option when you talk to them is to see all current deals. Just click on the one you want to cancel.
