To cancel Open Borders before the agreement would normally end:

This Means WAR!

I know it's frustrating, but think of it as 'challenging'. :)

hi have Open Borders to other Civ and finding way to cancel it

Most deals expire in 30 turns (standard speed).

Just don't sign the open borders agreement in the first place unless you need it (for your own military or for cultural influence reasons)

If you really need the open borders with somebody that might actually get on your lawn then you can move your garrison units out of the cities and onto your road network.

Doesn't denouncing also cancel Open Borders? It seems less egregious than a flat out DoW.

I recently picked up the habit of paying 2-4 gpt to every civ I can to get open borders from them. Then I don't give open borders, which keeps them off my grass. I get the early tourism bonus (it adds up), nerf their missionary spam, and keep freedom of movement without having their units on my roads and just generally lingering about. It's actually a very cheap investment for some good flexibility.
