How to chat in play by cloud game?

I have started my first multiplayer game. I am the host of a Play By Cloud.

I can see the player list but the only option is to Kick them. Under the world tracker I only see the usual Technology and Civic progress boxes.

there is no chat funcion. i wonder why cause in pbc its so much more fun if u can chat to players and have lots of diplo going on. I play on discord a few pbc games so i chat via discord
