How to clear/remove items from the bargaining table?

I can't figure out how to remove items from either the My Offer or Their Offer sides of the bargaining table.

That worked - thanks.

"Finicky" is definitely the word! I right-clicked all over a box, tried another one, which I successfully removed, then went back to the first one and it removed on my first right-click!
