I am having all sorts of problems with Civ 5 ever since I downloaded the latest Windows update. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but to no avail. I am attempting to COMPLETELY remove Civ 5 from my PC. I again used Steam too unistall the game. But I have noticed. that there is still a folder "Civilization 5" in the following folder "steam\steamapps\common\Civilization 5". Should I manually delete that folder as well?
