How to disable tech trading in conquest scenarios?

Hello,
Tech trading is the only major issue with this game.
The AI checks for trading EACH TURN, WITH EACH CIV, something that we humans can do as well, but it as pain in the a*s*s.
I just downloaded this file here http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=311114 which is a mod that disables tech trading. But that is a mod for a "normal" game, How can I integrate that with the conquest mods?
In other words, how to play the shogun scenario, for example, withouth tech trading?

I think you can go into Civ3edit and go to technologies where I believe there is a box you can click that disables trading of that tech. To completely disable, do this with every tech.

Use CivAssist II. That gives you all available trades world wide in a nice table at the tip of your fingers. (Very helpful for spotting two-fers...!)

For the Shogun scenario, you would need to unlock it, and then set all of the tech manually, and then relock it. Also, once you do that, it no longer qualifies as a Hall of Fame game.
