How to display panels - minimap, unit panel

Hi,
I know this is probably stupid question but I cannot find it anywhere in the options. I have started civ4 BTS with mod WW2 1939 and I don't see any panels in front of the terrain. Everything works fine, no errors, but there is no minimap, there is no unit panel (when I select a unit), no list of players, etc...just terrain.
Where can I set, that I wont to see those panels?

There is an option in the options panel for minimal interface. It may be on. If so uncheck it. Otherwise, you are playing a mod and it may be a feature of the mod. If so, you need to ask in the appropriate mod thread in the mod forum.

There is probably an error in the CvMainInterface.py file in the mod folder. Check to see if your game is patched to the game version that the mod was designed for.

Also, it could be the mod is trying to load custom xml and python. When I download BUG, most of my mods did not have HUDs until I went in and turned it off.

I am at work and do not know the name of the file but I think it is globaldefines.

There should be an option to change a 0 to a 1 or a 1 to a 0 (not sure but I really think it is a 0 to a 1).

Do that and then load the mod back up. You should have an interface then.
