How to end turn?

How do I save a policy or a promotion and end the turn? I haven't played in six months and I can't remember how to do it.

Saving policies and promotions is disabled by deffault(after patches)- meaning you cannot save them. If you want to save one or the other go into advanced options when making a game and check enable policy saving and enable promotion saving.

Once you have started a game you cannot change these options

I had this problem too even with the buttons checked. I think it was a right click? Now I can't remember either, but I just looked it up and found it a couple weeks ago. It is tricky.

I am pretty sure right click dismisses the promotion and or policy
