[R&F] How to force R&F to load before my mod?

I've tried adding R&F as a reference to my modinfo file:

How can I be sure that my mod is being loaded in the correct order? Does the Target Mods list not actually show the true order in which things will be loaded?

R&F's load order is -100, so setting your database load order to anything higher than that *should* work. I'd recommend a load order of 100 or so (or 200 is fine too) for custom civilizations.

Please be aware that the LoadOrder of -100 is ONLY Applied to the two schema files!!! Not to the whole Mod. At Least that is how I read the code.
 
1. Mods are loaded in chunks i.e. components, never as a whole.
2. LoadOrder property applies to the entire component, no matter how many files it contains. Use Priority to differentiate within files of a component.
3. Modding.log info on „mod order” is only relevant for components with the same LoadOrder. Missing LoadOrder defaults to 0.
